If you registered your child using the online registration form, we also need a full registration form. This will be mailed to you shortly. Please fill out this full registration form and submit it as soon as possible either to the school your child will be attending in September or to 69 Wentzell Drive in Bridgewater. Please also bring your child’s birth certificate and a proof of address. Note: Although we need the full registration form, if you submitted an online registration form, your child is considered “registered” and is counted in our class sizes.
