Students in Grades 4 – 12 in the South Shore Region will be completing a 2019 Student Success Survey at their school between now and May 10, 2019. This is an opportunity for them to have their voices heard to improve their schools.
This Safe and Inclusive Provincial Survey is from the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and will be done across the province to provide each school with important information regarding students experiences, which in turn will support developing student success plans. There are no right or wrong answers and student responses will not be used for evaluation purposes. The answers are also completely anonymous and will only be used as part of a group that does not identify individual students. Teachers will encourage students to answer the entire survey but students may skip any questions if they are uncomfortable answering.
If you have any further questions about this survey, please contact your child’s school.
