School closures
Bayview Community School, Bluenose Academy, Bluenose Academy Pre-Primary and Mahone Bay Alternate School are all cancelled due to power outages. Friday 12th April 2024

There are times when we are required to make alterations to your child’s school bus schedule. You are encouraged to check all available sources to ensure that you are kept up to date regarding school bus service announcements. Information will be posted as soon as it is known.
Late buses and/or cancelled runs will be announced the following ways:

- Local radio stations (CKBW, Country 100.7, CBC Radio, QCCR & Cove FM) are notified of cancelled buses.
