Safety Services Nova Scotia (SSNS) is the province’s leading safety service provider for road, workplace and community safety. Since 1958, SSNS has pioneered safety education and training programs that have improved the quality of life for Nova Scotians.
In November, 2016 Safety Services Nova Scotia held a contest requesting students to submit a 1 to 3 minute video that demonstrates school bus safety and the importance of motorists stopping for red lights on school buses. These submissions were entered to win cash prizes. On November 19, the contest closed and winners were announced in December, 2016.
