SSRCE & StFX Partner to Offer Off-Campus B.Ed. Program
Flexible program offers evening & weekend classes
Know someone who is interested in teaching but doesn’t have the ability to go to university on campus?
SSRCE has partnered with StFX to offer an off-campus Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Elementary Stream program with 20 weeks of Field Experience. This program will be offered on evenings and weekends over a three-year period, making it the perfect opportunity for someone to complete the degree while still having the ability to work.
Classes will be taught in-person at Forest Heights Community School, Chester Basin, SSRCE, and online.
Applicants will need to have successfully completed (or nearly completed) an undergraduate university degree.
The start-date of this program is planned for September 2022 and is contingent on enrolment.
The deadline to apply has been extended to May 20, 2022.
